Coaches & Players ... Join us for a fall league with a boost!!! Select from team game play or individual skills training or both. Coaches are welcome to attend the skills training sessions held on Tuesdays.
Tuesdays - Skills Development - for all levels of players (grouped by skills) - the session will include: skills training with current/former college players; offensive/defensive positioning training from D1 college players and current coaches; and 2-speed training sessions with Danna Rast Parker, Speed & Agility trainer, who held the Utah State record for the 100 m dash for 10 years with a time of 11.6 seconds. Also, weekly contests and 7 v 7’s will keep the girl’s coming back for more.
New Players - Gear (stick/goggles) will be available to use. Please select “equipment” when registering.*
GOALIES - a focused training will be held on every Tuesday!
Thursdays - full-team games (3 fields, 2 games per night per team), official Lacrosse refs will referee the games, scores kept for each game, final games played tournament-style on Thursday, October 1st.
